Row Robin

I have finished the first row on my row by row - I chose an Ohio Star pattern- the center of the star is a teal/blue print with the rays of the star a green check with an beige background- These colours give it a very soft effect- I have to complete one more row before handing it over to Amy to add her two- I think I will use the same teal/blue material but adding soft blue prints with it --not sure what pattern I will use for the second row--

Row by Row round robin

Last year myself and 5 other quilters participated in a round robin quilt exchange. I had participated in these before and was always very pleased with the end result. We had many trials during this adventure but managed to complete the quilt tops. This year we are doing a Row by Row round robin with myself - Quilting Newbie- my sister (Quilting Newbie's mom), and my daughter Amy. I am not sure how this will turn out as I have never done a quilt in this fashion. Stay tuned for play by play pictures. A little bird just told me Quilting Newbie has gone shopping for material!!
